I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel in Chandigarh, and let me tell you, I was blown away! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure my check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel itself had a modern and sleek design which gave off a great vibe.

Greatly enjoyed a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Location: the hotel was close to Chandigarh or the Tri-State area, and Elante Mall. I usually went to Shivalik Bakery to grab a bite.

The location was prime for exploring this nice area, near Chandigarh. Again, I could reach a shopping mall within a close distance from the hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

The breakfast area had a great selection of dishes and was very spacious, making it perfect for families. The gym was in excellent condition and had a variety of equipment for a good workout. The location was close to main attractions and easy to find. a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

The bed was not very comfortable and the toothpaste provided was in an unpleasant chewable form. The noise from the air-conditioner was quite loud and affected sleep quality.

Our stay was simply amazing! The location was perfect--central to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice functional bathroom. The breakfast area was spacious and the food was delicious and satisfying. We appreciated the new and well-maintained gym equipment. The pool, still under construction, has definitely got us planning our next visit.

The towels were a bit worn, but this didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The hotel is a great place to stay for anyone who wants to experience exclusive amenities. The room advantages are luxurious and the location is strategic. The new gym with excellent equipment is perfect for leisure activities. The spacious restaurant serves an excellent range of food and there are also a bar/lounge area and private facilities.

Although everything about this hotel was excellent, there was a minor issue. The toothpaste provided in the bathroom was not in a desirable form, it was in a chewing tablet form which was not to my liking.

The breakfast was good and the gym was new with great equipment. the location was convenient and close to nearby attractions.

During my stay at Novotel, I was thrilled to find out that they are currently constructing a pool near the fitness center on the 6th floor. This upcoming addition will definitely make the hotel stand out even more. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the food served there is delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bathrooms had a great two-piece shower. The bar operates 24 hours and offers a wide range of beverages. The staff at Novotel was incredibly welcoming and engaging, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent amenities.

While my experience was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues. The towels and bed linen could be improved as they appeared old and lacked the freshness of newly replaced ones.
